ARKFORCE BY ARKLYDIAN

Booking privacy notice

When you book a call, Arklydian stores your name, email address, company if provided, agenda, selected time, time zone, and any phone number you provide for a phone call.

How your information is used

Isaac uses these details to prepare for your call, send a Google Calendar invitation, and handle booking changes. Calendar availability is checked privately; visitors cannot see event titles, attendees, or other details from Isaac’s calendar.

Campaign information included in your booking link, such as its source or campaign name, may be stored with the booking to help Arklydian understand where calls originate. Booking does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Calendar and hosting services

This booking service uses Google Calendar for availability and invitations, and OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure to host the service and store booking records. Google calendar permissions are granted by the host; visitors do not need to connect a Google account to book.

Your booking link

The management link in your calendar invitation allows cancellation and rescheduling. Treat it as private and share it only with people you want to manage your call.
